About the Georgia DDS Permit Test

To earn your Georgia learner’s permit, you must pass two DDS knowledge exams: the 20-question Road Rules test and the 20-question Road Signs test. All questions come from the Georgia Driver’s Manual.

Our practice tests use the same topics the DDS focuses on, including speed limits, right-of-way, railroad crossings, school bus laws, lane markings, safe driving skills, DUI penalties, and the Hands-Free Georgia Law.

Each full practice test includes 50 DMV-style questions, plus a 25-question Quick Test and four Mini Tests for fast daily study. Aim for at least 90% correct before taking the real Georgia DDS permit exam.
